"My only complaint is that despite it being a Saturday afternoon, there were only two cashiers to take care of a huge amount of customers. It's pretty bad when the process of finding items, trying them on, and then narrowing down the selections takes less time (by far!) than simply paying for those two items. There were people in the line as place holders only while friends or family members would come back and forth while shopping for more and more items. The woman directly in front of me had NOTHING in her hands. She just phoned her husband (?) from time to time to update him on the status of the line while he continued to shop. If we had not needed the outfit for an event that evening, I would have put our purchases back on the rack and walked out the door. It was a really good price for the clothing but I won't go back to this location again because of the extensive time waiting in line to purchase two items."

"I always love Ross and find great deals there. I only have one frustration. I had a huge order and had to come back and get another order since they don't let you take shopping carts out which is very frustrating. The first order the door beeped...so embarrassing! The cashier looked through the big bag and said don't worry about it as I went through the doors. Then my second bag beeped again and she said don't worry about it again. She said sometimes they have internal security tags so I didn't think too much about it, but when I got home sure enough there was a security tag on one item so I had to go back a couple of days later to get it removed. Just double check all of your things before you drive off if they tell you to go through anyway. She was very nice and helpful and I know sometimes things get missed but they really need to hire more people. I know it's hard right now with so many companies needing employees. The workers are trying so hard to get everybody through fast because there's always so many people in line but then things get missed. So just try to watch the best you can when you get checked out."
