To sell your items, simply bring them in freshly laundered, laid flat in a bin, and free of stains, rips, or tears. We no longer accept items in bags.
Once our staff reviews your items, you will receive an offer for the items we've selected. You can choose to receive cash or 20% more in store credit. First-time sellers are required to wait in-store during the appraisal process, which typically takes around 20 minutes per customer.
