"In the last week of October they round up the Bison and put them in the corrals. I was lucky I showed up November 2nd the day after they had just rounded them all up, so I got to see the process of bison sorting. They decide which Bison will get auctioned off and which ones get to go back to the island. They provide free tours of the round up & bison sorting process"
"What a great day. We saw the Bison round up. Hiked to the top of Buffalo Point Trail. Beautiful."
"Nothing there but flies. No Bison"
"Down a dirt road from the park headquarters, the corrals are where the bison are brought to be rounded up and transported. Seating and some picnic tables are located next to the storage garage. There are some stands and platforms that allow people to better see the bison in the corrals. The corrals have bathrooms that may be locked."
