"I ordered on the app and special ordered a sourdough burger. When I got my burger it has everything on it that I didn't want and the sourdough was just bread. It wasn't toasted or anything. When I went to the cashier he said he didn't show I ordered a special burger. His attitude was awful. He finally asked if I wanted him to make another one. At this point I was pissed so I said no and walked out. I would rather just go somewhere else and not deal with the attitude. I lost my money but oh well. The picture of the sourdough looks so good and to get just cold sandwich bread on a $6 burger was ridiculous."

"I mean the food was fresh. But I spent $30 and they wanted to charge for condiments. So even though I just got two large fry orders ketchup or fry sauce was extra. Didn't even get a single one. So if you want sauce go elsewhere"

"Ordered on app, when we arrived the food took a long time, they didn't have the items we ordered so it was substituted for a less expensive item but they couldn't adjust the cost. Then they didn't include the correct items. When we asked for some fry sauce we were told it would cost extra. The employees were short with us, even from the speaker box. The fries were stale but the burgers were okay. We were the only customers in the whole place. I can see why the drive thru line was empty and the dining room was vacant on a Saturday night. Would not recommend and will not be eating there again."

"They close the lobby like 2 hours before the listed hours on the doors for dine in. This happened last year as well. If you want to close the lobby dining then change your freaking hours on the door. Completely unacceptable. Kid who took my order was nice but most employees were goofing off and food took a long time. Tasted fine, good luck after 8pm"
