"The treatment can be awful. I’ve had some bad experiences. I had a severe reaction to medication. Once my doctor went off call she phoned the incoming doctor and explained the situation. That doctor never came into my room and let the nurse call the shots. They released me and said it’s going to be a rough night good luck. This hospital, except for a few nurses and one or two helpful doctors they have zero empathy. It’s worth the longer drive to another hospital. The administrator has no experience in that job and it shows."

"Treatment of patients can be kind of hit or miss. For example, I once came in the emergency room a few years ago and even though it wasn't busy and I was in extreme pain, I ended up leaving with less Ibuprofen in my system than I could have taken at home and no further treatment. (I did get a diagnoses though.) Now since this wasn't a life threatening experientce, I understand not being in the room with me the whole time. But back then, I was only checked like 2-3 times over the course of several hours and am pretty sure I had to go get my own barf bag. I'm still quite annoyed they didn't at least give me proper pain medication for one of the worst experiences of my life. However, I went to the emergency room again a few months ago and had much better treatment and a lot more check-ins. Outside of E.R. treatment though, they have at least one blood-drawing... lab tech? Is that the term? Who is very good at their job. My family is infamous for being basically impossible to find veins on, but she does an excellent job at locating and not missing when she pokes you. As someone with a mild-moderate phobia of needles on top of hard to find/hit veins, this is an incredible relief every time I need blood drawn. The ladies at the front desk are also always very courteous and polite to me too. Overall, it's not a terrible place but it could be better at times. Its certainly better than many places I've heard of in the past. It's probably a better experience with scheduled appointments rather than things like E.R. visits, but to be fair that allows for more planning and resources I guess. Anyways, I'm rambling. "We were visiting from Ogden and My 1 year old got a nasty burn on his hand and we saw Dr Webster. He was fantastic. He instantly started taking care of it. He contacted the burn unit and followed their directions and got us on our way home. He followed up with us the next day and cared about the updates from the burn unit and how my little guy was doing. Fantastic caring doctor! The nurses we so sweet and made sure we understood everything we needed to do to take care of it and gave us all the things we needed."

"We are very lucky to have such a wonderful hospital, clinic, Long term care, Home Health, and Physical Therapy in our community. The staff are not only professional they are very personable. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I am proud to say I have used their services multiple times in the past and will continue to do so in the future."
