"They charged extra for extra rice and corn. They then said if you order extra on the app, you actually just get a normal amount. Granted an employee came up to me afterward and said it was just their boss, they don’t normally do that. She told me that the boss doesn’t work at night, so it’s better to come at night."

"We ordered large guacamole (which is not cheap) and found that there were two plastic lids inside the container making it look full but giving us much less guacamole than we paid for. In addition to being extremely sketchy and disappointing, it seems like they were overtly giving the middle finger to the customer. Did they think we wouldn't notice we were getting scammed? Do they just not care? Between this experience and reading reviews of other people who have also had terrible experiences there I don't think we'll be going back."

"Where can I start! I have never walked out of a restaurant, but today I did here. Unbelievable terrible service and everything I wanted in my bowl, the worker, an older Hispanic lady, kept saying , that would cost more. When I got to the end my bowl wasn't even 1/4 full. I said, no way and my son and I walked out. This has happened to us before at this store, but not this bad. And she didn't even care. I think this is the Managers fault, because this never happens at any other Chipotle. And we have been to many Chipotle restaurants well over 20 years in Utah, Colorado, Nevada and Idaho. The maager needs to get fired if he is training his workers to do what the workers here are doing. Unreal. I hope corporate reads this. And I am sending this to corporate, also. If i could post below a 1 I would."

"Horrible experience. Last time going to Chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl and they were skimpy on everything. Then I found a long hair in my burrito bowl. I brought it back and the lady was claiming it was cheese and she didn’t want to take it back. What kind of customer service is that? Finally, she decided it was hair. Then she wanted to charge me extra because The she filled the medium sauce ladle half-way full when she was getting me a new one and I asked for a little more. So she put a little tiny drop of sauce and then I asked for a little more. Then she said she was going to charge me extra! Seriously?!?"

"Can be very hit or miss. Some days it’s 5 stars and other times it is more like 1. The quality of the meat and the amount of food changes drastically every day. Some consistency needs to be found here. Also tonight he music was super wack and they gave us very small portions. Then they tired to charge me for double queso. Just a super weird visit. 11-13-23 This place needs a management overhaul. We came at 9:30 so we didn’t expect the food to be fresh. I got a white rice bowl and my gf got a brown rice bowl. The brown rice was literally inedible. Just hard and super gross. I took it up and asked the employee for the same bowl but with white rice. He asked the manager. She came out and rudely asked us what was up (Asian/Hispanic lady) and I told her. After hearing my request she basically rudely said “sure whatever make them a new one” and left. No apology or anything. Just bad management and a bad experience. I shouldn’t have to ask for new food because it was inedible. Please redo the training and management here. I love Chipotle but this is not it. Again, it is not the employees, it is the management."
