"I sure feel sorry for anyone that does any business here. They had my vehicle for almost 2 months, with no communication! I had to call nearly everyday to find anything out. I was told they would call me back, and never would. There customer service is horrible, and the boss Jud, is not any better than his employees. I have told everyone I know how I was treated and there service I received. Many people told me they already knew!!!"

"Max, Chad, Jed and Travis were awesome. We were pulling our 5th wheel trailer with our F-450 (Betty) when all of a sudden our turbo blew we happen to be 5miles from McKinsey Ford… what are the chances that they would have a choice of three F-450’s on the lot? Divine intervention! We stayed the night in our trailer and they even offered to hook us up to their electrical. They got us back on the road by noon we got to our destination on time. In such a position they really could have taken advantage and they didn’t. These are good honest people with good intentions which these days are a rarity. Looking to upgrade my car soon and this is where I will travel to look for my new car… that good!"
