"I’ve been to 50+ hotpot places (and I’ve lived in Taiwan) and this is by far one of the best hotpot places I’ve ever been to for the price. I really recommend the tomato soup. By far the most flavorful tomato soup I’ve have. The meat was a great as well. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"Nice place, definitely a fun experience. It’s about $26 for an all you can eat. You order the things you want on the iPad and they continually bring it. It did take a while for things to make its way to the table. But there’s lots of good options and the staff was so kind. The tables are too small, not a good place for large groups but even with 4-5 people on the table since the hot pot takes up half the table it doesn’t leave much room for your plates. You need to have the table cleared every few minutes. You will smell strongly of food when you leave!"

"Love Hero Hotpot. Came here for the opening and been coming back since. Menu is not complicated so I don’t feel overwhelmed. I quickly found what I like and it never disappoints. Broths are not overpowering but still flavorful so I can enjoy every bite and combination of flavors. Service is friendly and they’re not pushy like some restaurants can be. I love that I can come in, enjoy the atmosphere and my meal without feeling pressured to hurry or purchase things I don’t want."

"Had a birthday dinner here. Finding parking is a little difficult. It was a cool experience. I enjoyed the food. The bathrooms were clean. It’s a cozy restaurant. Not to many selections for dinner. Service was slow. We had to ask for some items we waited for. Dinner price $26.99 I believe. This is based off other hot pots I’ve been to. Some might like this place more than me."

"Two words: Fantastic, Delicious. We had such a great time here. The service was unparalleled. The hostess explained how it all worked and made some delightful recommendations. The broth and ingredients were very flavorful. The combination of options for good items and brothers was great. The mild level of spicy is just right to linger just a bit. Our server was quick and attentive during a good lunch crowd. 100% this will get a return trip. All of the restaurants in the Midtown 360 buildings are excellent. Not a bad choice on any of them."
