Sonic Drive-In

"The rudest employees. They made a mistake on my sonic blast and when I pushed the red button to get help, the girl who answered hung up randomly after I told her my order was wrong. She came to my car 10 minutes later with the wrong drink again and had the audacity to roll her eyes and storm off without saying anything. I waited 10 more minutes and then pushed the red button again. They acted like they had no idea my order was wrong or that I was waiting. The same girl came out and gave me the correct order but the ice cream wasn’t mixed so all the ingredients were clumpy. Not worth the wait or the attitude. I’ve been to better Sonics."

"The cherry slushie was fantastic, but as I was in the drive through I noticed the server went to grab my cup and another one actually came out and fell to the floor. He then proceeded to pick it up off the floor and put it back in the rack for the next customer. That cup belongs in the trash!"

"Ordered the Reba Valentine's special for 8.99 on the app. I hit pay and realized they upcharged me 2.50 for the "special". I asked them why and the server walked away. I live around the corner and will never eat here again. I am removing my cc and deleting the app. Oh, no ketchup packets either. Nice"

"Food was good. We had to repeat our order multiple times and they still didn't get it right. We ended up having to pay twice because we ordered a combo meal but they only added and charged us for the sandwich. We then had to order the drink and tots on a second order. They did get the order out quickly and the food was hot so we gave them 3 stars. It would be helpful if the menu was printed on both sides of the order board so that the passengers could also see the menu, or post a barcode on the menu board so the passenger could pull up a menu on their phone."

"We ordered 4 shakes, waited 30 minutes to get them, and they handed them to us runny, soupy, melted. I showed the girl with bleached bangs and she just said "the machine has run all day, that's how it is." Then take it OFF the menu, or DONT charge someone! Really bad service."
