Reviews
"Had dinner with my family. This place came recommended by several people in the area. The service was outstanding. The food was fresh, fast, and delicious. Great portions. The restaurant itself was very comfortable and set a really good mood for relaxing. Would recommend to others and will be back again at our next visit."
"We just stopped here for the restaurant after a ski day and it was so cute and cozy! I got the bison burger from the lunch menu and it was divine. My husband got the Ruben and he enjoyed that too but I think we would both get the burger next time! It has a sweet and savory apple bacon jam on in that’s to die for. The only photo I got was mid bite because once you start eating it it’s too messy to put down! Entrees are around 15-25 a person but they do have a kid menu with meals under 10."
"Extremely cozy, a little rustic with a vintage touch and with a lot of history. Excellent service, three types of menus (breakfast, brunch and dinner) with very rich options and a rich variety of beers and wines. I recommend the delicious nachos with chicken and green chili next to it, enough for three or four people and that's just an appetizer. In a few words I'll come back there!"
"My review is for the restaurant only. The same thing has happened to me several times at this restaurant… Food takes over 30 minutes to be served after ordering, comes out cold, and usually something in the order is wrong. On top of this, the food has really gone down hill, I’m talking like 10 year old could have made it better at home, it’s almost laughable. Last time I went we just had to eat our cold food that were the wrong items because our waiter took forever to return to the table. The waitress did give us a discount because she admitted the errors, long wait time, and poor quality of the food. The prices are extremely ridiculous too. For the same price of a simple breakfast you could get a sushi dinner. I think this place stays open because it has beautiful scenery and it’s a nice escape from the valley. In my opinion, they don’t care that they keep getting worse because people will keep going, especially hungry skiers coming down the canyon. I enjoyed the ambiance, which is why I returned several times even after bad food and bad service, but not anymore. Advice to the restaurant: - Hire new cooks - Take care of the Yellowjacket problem on the porch - Make your prices reasonable. Expensive is fine if the food is worth it."
