"I love Costa Vida, but I hate coming to this location. We've come here several times out of convenience, and I have it regretted every time. The drive-thru always takes forever to get through and when I pull up to the window they don't seem understaffed, just moving slowly. Even when there are only a few cars, it takes 15+ minutes to get to the window, and then another 5-10 to get your food. The food is good, but the service is terrible. I'll choose to go out of my way to go to another location from now on."

"This was my very first experience in a costa and i had a magnificent time. I went at around 1:00pm so it wasn’t very busy and i was quickly served by Sam who was very helpful and he recommended me to get the sweet pork salad, which was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was fairly quiet and clean. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!"

"Can never go wrong with sweet pork burrito and chips. Food was good. Not too busy, and was decently clean. The construction of the area is the only downside to it all."

"I love Costa but this was my first time at this location and it was the worst experience i have ever had at a drive thru. I puked up and was happy because there was only was only 2 cars ahead of me between me and the window. Placed my order and watched as the same car sat at the window for another 8 minutes. It was a total of 20 nine before i got to the window to get my food I thought i might see short stages through window but not the case. The gal at the window said they had a lot of online orders that they were trying to fill. I just don't understand the mentality of fulfilling online orders and making a drive through wait 20 minutes, When there's not even a very long line in the drive through This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never go back to this restaurant again."

"Parking was tight we had to park in the on line ordering since there were not enough parking spaces. The lobby was clean and fresh. It has only been open for about a year so everything is new. The line was a bit slow but very friendly employees. Nice size portions sizes. The meal was delicious and I highly recommend the chicken salad. The restrooms were clean and well stocked with supplies."
