"Our to-go order was missing items, had wrong items. For example, my lactose intolerant son was unable to eat his burger because it had cheese on it, even though I clicked no cheese. And may I just say how much I am looking forward to eating the side salad. A $2 upcharge instead of fries. It won't let me post a pic, but it's maybe 2 ounces of shredded lettuce, 1 ounce of diced tomatoes. Bag of cheap croutons. No dressing (though I specified Honey Mustard)"
"I like Dairy Queen and I know we’re in inflation but for my meal it cost me $30 for a burger, fries, and medium drink plus a small blizzard. The fries tasted okay. What grossed me out was the person running the register was cleaning the bathrooms and left the trash bag from the bathroom on a chair in the lobby. Not sanitary! Either needs to be retrained on how to clean bathrooms or renew his food handlers permit. Then when he was taking my order he couldn’t hear me over his headphones that were attached to his phone (probably was listening to music and not being professional at all). I had to order twice since he didn’t get one of the things I ordered. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism at this location. PLUS he wasn’t even wearing a uniform."
"The chicken basket with gravy is similar to a small chicken fried steak. It's delightful on a cold day. My kids especially love the cable TV selection of motocross"
"First time in this location and we were impressed by the service, ambience, and cleanliness of this place! Went there specifically for blizzards: all strawberry, Oreo hot cocoa, banana split (sans pineapple), and just plain Oreo. All were really good, especially the Oreo hot cocoa! That flavor was the star of the show! Taylor took care of us really well and made sure all the blizzards were done to our liking. He even went beyond our expectations by making sure the water option of the self serve drinks was working in good order - will def come back to this cute gem!"
"Yesterday I went with my children to eat ice cream, and I definitely loved it!! the place was clean, the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in, in less than 5 minutes we had our ice creams on the table. Monica, who works there, was extremely kind and worried that we had everything we needed, it was a very pleasant experience. It is definitely one of the places I will return to."
