"Do not recommend if you have food allergies. :( Made an order on the app. Went through extensive effort to avoid any products with dairy and soy for my daughter’s food allergies. Looked at the allergen pdf online and even double-checked on ingredients by calling corporate. The app said our order was ready. It was nowhere to be found so they started it (another 20 minutes.) They forgot the guac we paid for so had to go back and get it. Then, we get home and there are bits of cheese in the limes & bowl. :( Went through so much effort to get an allergy-friendly meal and could not even safely eat what we received because they got cheese in it."

"Trash portions trash costumer service. Asked for double salad and Pico and got this with no drink for 14 bucks. Costa Vida is right across the street save some time and money and go their."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! My husband picked up two salads for dinner tonight, as you can see mine has a big black bug in it!! I tried to call the restaurant but I could reach the call center u spoke to Mary, she told me that she can not give me the phone number to the location? So I asked for a manager, her words exactly “why they aren’t going to do anything for you, but give you a refund that take 15 days if you get it but you probably won’t!” She was extremely rude and unprofessional! She made it sound like this happens all the time and it is what it is! I won’t be coming back! This is so gross! You just lost a VERY loyal customer!"

"This location is the worst! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Service is always really slow, incorrect and got food poisoning the last time we went on 12/7/23. I have tried to reach out to corporate in the past, which shows it is not just the local manager, but the service the company is starting to offer. We went through the drive thru one time and they brought us the wrong food to our car twice and had to come ask us THREE TIMES what we ordered. It was crazy. The competitors is the next street up and is always packed. I suggest you go elsewhere."

"I ordered a grilled steak burrito and a fire grilled chicken burrito. The chicken in the burrito was overcooked. It was dry and even crunchy to give you an idea of how bad overcooked it was. Both burritos were ordered with extra sour cream and guacamole, which they charge you for and none of that was included. If you look at the picture you'll see. There's no containers in the bag and nothing on the burritos. The fire grill steak burrito was the smallest burrito i've ever seen from cafe rio. It was also supposed to have extra meat which you pay extra for a none of that was there either. Kind of sad with this store as it seems like I have yet to receive an order that was correct."
