Panda Express

"Tonight we ordered food on the Panda Express app for pickup, we were told it would be ready at 7:11, we arrived at 7:15 after I had gotten a text it was ready for pickup at 7:12. We walked in and there was no food on the pickup counter, so I asked for the order by my name, Jonathan didn’t acknowledge me, I figured they were still working on it. Then I noticed a bag sitting on the counter. I waited for 2 more parties to finish checking out, then I asked Jonathan again about my order and he said yeah it’s right here, and handed me the bad that had been sitting on the counter for at least 20 minutes at this point. When we got home I all of the food was cold and old and we were missing our Cream Cheese Rangoons. Disappointed, we won’t be returning to this location even though it’s closer to our house than any other location."

"I came in tonight with my family and while we were being helped, the guy helping us was either a manager or an assistant manager because he was the only one in a grey shirt (he was also the only person without a name tag). But just the way he talked to the cooks I feel like was so disrespectful especially in front of customers. There were several different instances of him speaking poorly to his kitchen staff. The food was pretty good, not the best we’ve had, but we feel that it could be fixed by management if they knew what they were doing… I don’t work there and so I don’t know the process, but I have worked customer service and I know that you NEVER talk like that in front of customers."

"I ordered a plate with orange chicken and broccoli beef. They should call it beef flavored broccoli because I only got one tiny scrap of beef with it. This was to go so it wasn’t seen until far too late. I usually really like panda, now I feel ripped off."

"I usually do not leave reviews but when I do it's because I need to call attention to something. I do lunch take out at least twice a week here. Theres been times where my bowl looks better than this and its full and im so happy!! I did drive thru and the amount of food I got on my bowl is shown below. That's a half a bowl or less!! As a pregnant lady craving Panda and recieving this bowl, I was very very upset. I would say how much I paid for it but I never recieved a reciept. I went inside and it was chaos. The two gentlemen there looked stressed out. A tall guy was very friendly to me when I asked for a manager or supervisor and no one was available so he gave me a card to contact them. I expect better from this location as it is newer."
