"This place must have gotten new management as my most recent experiences have been quite pleasant. Online orders are fulfilled rather quickly and the line in store is never backed up like it used to be. I’m glad I no longer have to wait multiple hours for a sandwich. Props to whoever fixed the issues this location had. Only negative is they seem to no longer have jimmy mustard."

"This location stands alone. I order at jimmy John’s all around the valley and this one consistently puts out a terrible product. I continue to try and give this location a shot and they just don’t seem to care. Tonight’s #4 had two slices of turkey and about a 1/4 leaf of shredded lettuce. There was nothing in the last two inches of both sides of the sub. Paying for a full sandwich and getting 4 out of the 8 inch sub with the actual ingredients doesn’t leave me with a great feeling."

"The lunch team always goes above and beyond every time I order food. They know me by my nickname and never fail to take a moment to say hi to me and ask about my day when I come in, whether I'm picking up a called in order or if I'm just popping in to grab a bite. I enjoy asking about their day too, and feel like I made some freaky fast friends! This team is so positive and inspiring! I absolutely LOVE my Jimmy Johns lunch days thanks to them, and I try to never miss a week! Kudos to the manager and the whole amazing team there! They are a model for excellent service and friendliness. In fact, I love this team! I hope you will share this with them, they deserve the recognition for being so much more than a restaurant serving food. These guys dish out big helpings of kindness and love! And I love them for it!"
