"From the time Dr. Williams safely delivered my oldest in 2001 to today, I have always felt cared for and listened to. I see Amy Brookes as my provider, she listens, she plans and she makes things happen. They found some little masses on my thyroid and thankfully they have an endocrinologist in house and I was able to get right in with her PA Phong Dang (super nice guy by the way as was his MA). Dr. Smith even poked her in to talk to me about a biopsy that will need to eventually happen but it will need to get a smidge bigger before she is comfortable doing the procedure. I'm good with that. So far all of the front office and back office staff have been nothing but responsive and polite and I recommend this office to friends and family all the time. Thank you Kim for making sure I am always happy with my services and I look forward to coming to see you guys for as long as I can!"

"I have consistently received really good care from Dr. Williams and his staff, but the difficulty I've had with communicating with their office is a deal breaker for me. I routinely spend up to 10 minutes on hold before I get to speak to a client care coordinator, and then am transferred to the nurse's voicemail, whom I often never hear back from. But again, Dr. Williams is wonderful and I have never had any problems in my interactions with him or his staff."
