"Had do edit my 5 star review. This is not an exaggeration.. They have LITERALLY messed up our order 5 out of the last 6 times we’ve gone. Hard to fathom, I know. But it’s a real thing. Now we’re at like 7/10. I don’t know how it’s so hard to not put cheese on a hamburger when it clearly says “no American cheese” on the burger wrapper itself. Mind boggling."
"McDonald's has literally gone to hell! They've done a stupid move by changing their name and putting Japanese writing all over their stuff (English is in parentheses), but worse than that is that the food quality has gone super downhill for what I bought today. I got chicken nuggets. They are now wafer nuggets. About half the thickness of what they used to be, and overcooked, most likely because they cook faster because they are thinner. It was hard to enjoy the wafer thin, overcooked nuggets. I, for one, will not be supporting "wcdonald's"! What a stupid idea!"
"To the rude guy taking orders at 9:30 pm on 2/22/2024 - thank you. Thanks to you, I will never go back to that establishment. I’m the one with money to keep you employed, why insult your customer? I work hard for my money and you just made the choice for me that I can go to Wendy’s. At least they have nice employees. Too bad I don’t order a bunch of stuff and just drove away! But I did take my money elsewhere."
"Remodel removed the drink station. You can buy a drink and they will deliver it to you. But no refills. Not sure what they were thinking with this policy. I used to go a lot and I would see mom's there with there kids playing. I pretty sure they will not be happy about no drink refills. Basically a drive through only at this point."
