"This is the so called “funnel cake” that I ordered with my meal. Let me just say it was as hard as a rock an absolutely disgusting to look at. So disappointed and annoyed."
"I came in from out of town, never having heard of the chain, and was treated so nicely. Manager made sure to set me up with what must have been 8+ kinds of sauce to try. Absolutely delicious chicken and that Zax sauce was so good that I visited again just to take some back to Chicago."

"I used to love the salads at this place, but the last few times I have been I have barely been able to eat most of my salad because of all the disgusting lettuce leaves that they include in my salad. I’m scared of getting food poisoning from eating it. I’m so sad because nice, fresh salads at fast food restaurants are rare to come by these days. I thought Zaxby’s was different from most places, but I guess not. Won’t be coming back anytime soon."
