"Every time I come here it's messy and gross and the wifi never works. Then if I ask to have a table cleaned I'm looked at like I'm the problem. They cleaned it, then just left the rest of the place dirty. If I ask about the wifi they never know why or what's going on."
"After waiting for nearly ten minutes for the girl to get the till out of the back just so I could order(almost 7:00). I ordered a small frozen latte (almost 6 bucks now) which I order from the Millcreek location and many others daily. and was served a cup of frozen foam. I said something to the girl behind the counter to which her response was “that’s the way it is”. No offer for a new or other drink just an attitude of be happy with what ya get. This experience lets me know what this company thinks of people who spend HUNDREDS of dollars there every year. No more from me!"
"Went here on a Monday morning and got a medium cold brew black which came out to around 5 buck . After arriving to the window a girl takes my card and then gives me my drink and says i'm all good ( doesn't give me the the receipt on the clipboard to add a tip ) I left feeling suspicious. Turns out she wrote in an $8 tip . I will never be returning to this place again i don't trust the workers ."
