"This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I told them my chicken was burnt and they wanted to argue with me that it wasn't burnt. Like I'm chewing on ash and you want to tell me it's not burnt. Terrible customer service. There's literally no parking. The ice machine just leaks water everywhere and the tables were filthy along with the floors. How do you have 10 employees. No costumers and still have trash everywhere. Worst experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to Cafe Rio up the street."

"I picked up an online order, and the meal wasn't ready when I got there and I waited about 10 minutes. When I received my food, the meat was ice cold and all mixed together. I got hardly any meat, when they usually fill one compartment full of meat and full of each side."

"WARNING: CHECK YOUR PORTIONS/ITEMS FOR ONLINE ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE. We come to this location multiple times a month to pick up food before or during Bar Trivia at Craft. Our online pickup order tonight was wildly under-portioned. The burrito was 1/3 the size of a typical burrito, and the burrito bowl was 2/3 the size of a typical portion. When we went back to ask them about fixing it, the staff was minimally helpful and said it was a good amount of food. They offered to add a little extra protein to the bowl and remake the burrito, but the newly made burrito was still undersized and poorly wrapped. (Photo attached of remade burrito) We didn’t have the time to stay and fix it a second time because we had to get back for the next round of trivia, but we will *not* be coming back to this location for future meals out. As two public school teachers, every dollar matters and when we decide to splurge for dinner out (at nearly $13 a plate!) we expect a consistent standard of quality and portion size. We made sure to show all our friends at Trivia the undersized portions and warned them to be careful. Some of our friends on other teams also reported similar issues happening when they have put in online orders. We’ll eat at home or spend our money at other eateries in the future where we can trust the quality and service. PS- As I was writing this, the team at the table next to us had someone walk in with an order pick up from Chipotle and ALSO had tiny portioned food in their order. The shrinkflation is ridiculous, Chipotle."

"Unexpected great experience. I expected parking to be awful and this to be not well run due to how busy sugar house is. They hit it out of the park! My online order was waiting for me. The facility looks like an old movie theater which is so cool. The place was clean and even better they have some parking in the back they share with Bank of America."

"Normally this place rocks. Tonight was a terrible experience. Ordered 3 tacos. The 1st time they made them they didn't drain the meat & barely sprinkled cheese, and the drops of guacamole didn't even hit the tacos. I had to have them remake it. Even then I had to "fix" the tacos. I am the one who had to get my hands dirty. Chipotle closes at 10:00pm. The children started putting chairs up at 9:20pm. They did this as the line to eat was getting longer & customers were eating. The children working were just hanging out with their friends. I have added pictures to show scenes. This post truly upsets me. They usually are amazing. Mary, who works there was missed."
