"I'm a returning patient of Dr. Fogeleman, he's wonderful and very caring. I requested a consultation, arrived at that time and I had not been "confirmed" yet. They let you schedule an appointment and call you later saying that time won't work for them. It's to get your contact information. So I did not actually have an appointment. Bait and Switch. That's not acceptable and is a gross practice. The times shouldn't be listed as available if they aren't. This is a waste of your patients time and could be easily prevented by having a human being answer a phone or call the appointment first thing in the morning so this is avoided. I shouldn't have been treated like I did something wrong. Hopefully their practices on appointment booking changes. Update- The receptionist called me to see if I would like to schedule a consultation, she forgot about the scheduling issue. It's sad something very inconvenient for me had no impact on her at all. It was the same woman I talked to in the office and she forgot who I was. Sheesh, 4 days later and you would think they would take my name off their list after how rude the bleach blonde haired older woman with bright white Chicket teeth was. She certainly acted like she didn't want me to return. It confirmed that I felt their clinic was a little sleazy. The lobby is beautiful but their OR in the back, not so much. I was taken care of by Sculpted Med Spa in MWC. They're amazing!!!"
