"This place always charges for a higher priced sandwich. Gives the least amount of vegetables. Overall, so sick and tired of this Subway. Everyone I go there I wonder why I even go. I love Subway, but this subway is one of the worst."

"I pre ordered on the app for curbside pickup. When I got there, let them know I was there, I could see the worker in the shop keep taking walking orders. Waited 5 minutes, and no one delivered my order. I went I to get it (could hardly walk), that's why I pre ordered. When I got home, the order was not even correct. Missing half the meat and ingredients. Wrote to customer service a week ago. NO RESPONSE. BAD SERVICE."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an online order during the buy one get one free and it charged my account but long behold I go to pick it up and it’s not there. The two individuals working call the owner and she accuses me of trying to get a free sandwich as some people have done that before. They told me that they didn’t get the order number so they won’t make it and the money will go back on my account and if it doesn’t then I can dispute it with my bank. This is absolutely unacceptable assuming people who paid for food and showed you the purchase are trying to get free sandwiches. Try to get the owners name and got declined show them that it was taking out of my account and got accused of trying to get a free sandwich to the owner if your seeing this you are a useless person when it comes to customer service"

"I ordered sandwiches on the app only to get home and there was basically no veggies on them. On my turkey sandwich I ordered lettuce spinach green pepper "more" cucumber and "more" tomatoes. There was no green pepper 2 tomato slices no cucumber like 2 spinach leaves and barely any regular lettuce on only half of the sandwich. Is this because I didn't add a tip? Also one half was drenched in mustard and the other completely dry. The turkey was all wadded up and didn't even cover the bread. I'm very disappointed. I never get turkey because it costs a little more than other sandwiches but I thought I'd treat myself today. That was not a treat."

"I ordered three footlong subs. And all three were to have the Italian Urban cheese bread but they came with plain STALE bread. My picture shown here was supposed to be a spicy Italian I literally got one layer of meat salami and one layer of pepperoni. As I stated before the bread was stale on all three sandwiches. And there were items that weren't asked to be there or on the sandwiches. Just poor, absolutely the worst sandwiches made that I've received from there. Tried calling the establishment and then I could not get anyone to answer. I started leaving a voicemail and then got disconnected. No one will call you back or answer the phone. The kids in there or the "young adults" could care less and just pretended like they didn't speak English and that they couldn't understand what it was that we were asking him about the sandwiches. I should have learned by now to go to another location but I keep giving them a chance....because it's closer to my home I just need to drive that extra mile to get it right."
