"Bought $78 dollars worth of wiper blades. I asked the employee, big guy with pony tail, to in stall. He said he would but I really did not think he wanted to. Went to my car. He said he would be right out after he rang customer up. Three customers came out of store. No other customers in store. I went back and he was helping another employee look up parts. I picked up the blades and said thanks for nothing. He said. Sorry. I would not have bought them without installation. They are 8 - 10 dollars cheaper elsewhere. I will never shop or recommend Autozone again. We have other options in our town."
"They been helpful to show me where I can find it, or place order for what I need, and cross references to a different brand."
"I with faith and confidence in AutoZone from my previous dealings with them, I came into the Purcell store with a problem that was unfamiliar to the staff there. They and especially Ray D listened to me and came up with a solution. That is excellent service anywhere! Thank you!"
"4/10/2023 around 3pm. Had to deal with the two dumbest women that know nothing about a car battery. Took my old battery in there to see if it was bad or just dead. She tells me it's not taking a charge, I ask if I should get a new one. She tells me yeah but you don't have a warranty. (I didn't ask about a warranty) I then said, "I'll just get a new one if it's bad" she said, "it's not bad it needs to be charged." She just told me it's not taking a charge. This lasted about a good 15 of her changing her mind of what's wrong with the battery. Went to O Riley's instead."
"My daughter was on her way to Norman on Wed., 3/15 and unfortunately got a flat tire on her way. She was at a gas station close to AutoZone. I called AutoZone and a gentleman answered. I don't know his name, but he was most helpful when I asked if he knew of someone who could help my daughter with her tire. He recommended Bruce Sloan Tire Service, and his recommendation was excellent as my daughter was safely on her way in no time. My call to AutoZone generated no revenue for them, and the gentleman could have tried to quickly get me off the phone. Instead, he carefully thought about who could potentially help my daughter and passed along his recommendation. Maybe a small thing for him, but for me and our daughter he was incredibly helpful! Thank you and God Bless!"
