"Dr Jordan is the best doctor I have ever been to. She is very friendly and wants to know about you. She always makes you feel like you are one of her closest friends. She is very thorough. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I trust her completely."
"I had my miscarriage from my first pregnancy. A week before miscarriage I called to their office to tell them I am experiencing spotting and I feel anxious. They said it's normal. Called them the following week, day before I was rushed to the emergency room and tell them I am having spotting again and cramp. They said nothing to worry... Went to emergency and miscarriage happened... Met Dr. Jordan two weeks prior to miscarriage and didn't feel any sympathy fron her neither from any staff. It was a horrible and traumatic experienced. Don't feel any concen at all! Oh, in addition about her goal in providing excellent care that she promoting in their site is not in reality. Not at all! Those reviews I read about horrible experienced were all true. I couldn t agree more. Never and won't recommend this doctor and their office. Even calling them to have an appointment is a pain and horrible waiting. What an absurdity!"
"I was already referred for an abnormal pap my 2nd abnormal pap one with my previous doctor recommending a colposcopy in august of 2021, after a year long battle with an insurance company. I was finally able to get an appt scheduled with dr. Jordan. Dr. Jordan wanted to do another pap to make sure i actually needed a colposcopy,( even though id already specified complications) Whelp guess what I did need one and now ive had to wait another month to go back for that procedure, meanwhile I had already stated I was experiencing complications prior to appt. My symptoms seem to be worsening and becoming painful so they requested an ultrasound which took two days to get appt made because receptionist closed out of lab request before submitting ( so I was told ) then another week passes before i could get ultrasound. The results have been in my health chart since Friday, my pain continuing and actually made worse by ultrasound. So I messaged doctors office on the following Monday to be told yes your results are here but Dr.Jordan is gone until Thursday and we will call you with results then. There should be another doctor who can view the lab work. Today I was told my results were looked at and everything looks fine and that I can do yoga stretches for the pain ... what the heck kind of doctor advice is that. What is even more frustrating is my lab results show in my health chart they have yet to be viewed by a provider at all ( my health chart has never glitched before ) so getting a portal message through the same health chart that posts my lab work saying everything's fine and i just need to do yoga stretches is not only frustrating but the lack of true concern for a patient reaching out due to being in pain is unsettling and disappointing."
