"I have had a stillborn child at 41 weeks and 4 days in the past and decided the next time I got pregnant, I would choose the best of the best to take care of me and make sure my needs were met, especially given my circumstances and concerns. I am currently pregnant with my rainbow baby and I have had switched doctor's twice now because I felt my needs and my past were not taken seriously. I found Dr. Kayci Lewis online and decided to see if she would take me. Thankfully, she did. I drive almost 2 hours one way just to get care from her. She is AMAZING. I would give her 10 stars if I could. As a doctor, she is very caring, she is straight to the point, professional and doesn't make you feel like a number. She genuinely cares about her patients. I have a scheduled c-section with her in just a few weeks and I couldn't put myself or unborn childs health and safety in anyone else's hands but hers. Thank you Dr. Lewis and all of your staff. You are all simply amazing."

"Didn’t tell me to find a doctor where I live in dallas, but put it in the notes. Didn’t tell me she didn’t want to prescribe birth control for out of state patient, but put it in the notes. I didn’t find out about these notes until I had made an appointment for my annual woman’s exam and also ran out of b.c. days before the appointment. Even though this appointment had been confirmed, still no refill and they were very rude to me on the phone. Day before the appointment, she fires me as a patient and tells me to figure out somewhere else to get my b.c. I only have one ovary and get cysts a lot. She knew I had to stay on continuous b.c. to prevent these issues. I also have crohn’s disease, which makes having a period incredibly painful to where I’m in bed for 10 days with a heating pad on my abdomen. She knows this too. Our paps have always been fine so I don’t know why she doesn’t want me as a patient. I’m a nice and calm person. They also told me I had a no-show and a cancel. But I have nothing in my day planner for those dates except trips I went on. I had to reschedule my last appointment for the soonest they could get me in cuz I was traveling. I’m assuming someone input the rescheduling as no-show and cancel. I think they have me mistaken for someone else since they were yelling at me on the phone. I have never done anything to anyone in that office to be yelled at and treated as rudely as I was. I don’t deserve that. I’m a good person. I always make honest reviews. I hope this helps others avoid mistreatment from this staff."

"Dr Lewis was amazing during my pregnancy, i saw her at every dr visit, and the night my baby was born i think she said she had 5 others, and she delivered them all. She is caring and kind, i really wanted a vbac, but at 9.5 cm babys heartrate dropped significantly so we were rushed back.for a c section, even after that and during that she was talking to me, making sure i was comfortable. Even the next day on her day off work, she came in to check on all the moms she delivered babies for the previous night. I recommend dr lewis to anyone looking for an OB, shes nothing short OF AMAZING!"
