"Beautiful restaurant with helpful staff and delicious food. I took my picky eater children, the person who took out order helped us find a bowl they loved and made it to order (curry coconut shrimp with the heat dialed down and split in half). My bowl was rich and flavorful with a perfect blend of tastes while catering to my diet (firecracker chicken on kale). By the time we got our drinks and found a table, the food was ready and delivered to us. It was a great experience."

"If you're seeking a fantastic poke restaurant, FreshFin might not be the ideal choice. Not because the food lacks deliciousness—quite the contrary. However, it deviates from the conventional poke restaurant format. FreshFin offers a delightful dining experience featuring a charming dining room adorned with a vibrant and lively design, accompanied by welcoming staff ready to take your order. The menu, though compact, is meticulously crafted, brimming with flavors to cater to every member of the family. You can opt for one of their signature bowls or create your own masterpiece by first selecting your preferred size and protein. Then, you'll choose from a variety of bases such as sushi rice, shredded kale, brown rice, mixed greens, lemon-herbed quinoa, or purple cabbage. Following that, you'll pick a sauce, add-ins, and finally, toppings. The fare is refreshingly light, incredibly fresh, and the possibilities are endless. During our visit, we indulged in the large Firecracker Chicken bowl and the regular Curry Coconut Chicken bowl, both of which were immensely satisfying. Bursting with flavor, offering just the right amount of spice, and surprisingly filling, they left us thoroughly impressed."

"This place is delicious. I first tried their food at an event at the Leonardo so this was my first time in store and I was not disappointed. Their flavored drinks were delicious as was my bowl. The staff were all very nice and helpful while I was there. I had a free meal coupon and didn't notice that it was for specific bowls and the guy taking my order was very helpful with that. He also gave me suggestions with the drinks (I like to try different drinks when there are different drinks flavors in the machines like that.) I personally would have preferred more crunchy onions on my spicy tuna, but that could be personal preference. I just wish there was one farther north in the layton-ogden area!"

"This is the first time I visited this shop. I was pleasantly surprised when walking in and seeing the fish hanging from the ceiling it really was super cool and I enjoyed waiting there while they prepared my food. I was greeted by the first person at the register asking what I wanted for my meal. I expressed to them that this is the first time I was here and they gave me some recommendations on some of their favorites and popular favorites from people. I was very happy that this interaction help me decide on what I wanted for dinner. I would definitely recommend anybody to stop here. It was very quaint and amazing, the Customer service was top-tier, and the selection of food was amazing. I will definitely be stopping in here again to enjoy another Poké bowl."

"First time at this location and each item we got was distinct and full of flavor. My favorite was the rainbow bow but the spicy tuna and Kalua port was very flavorful. Each one was really good. All items were fresh and vibrant in flavor. They were really nice and gave a lot of options. We will make more of this at home until we come back to Draper. The vibe and attention to detail inside the restaurant was very appealing. The white brick mason work was amazing. We will be back."
