"My husband and I were having a late start to dinner so we ordered take out from this location. When we got home I tried the orange chicken and it was rancid! It tasted like it had been soaking in vinegar and then they overcooked it and forgot to put the rest of the ingredients in it for the sauce. It just tasted like a crunchy vinegar rock. Absolutely repulsing. I called the store and very kindly asked if I could bring it back in and told them the issue and they were just annoyed on the phone. I ended up going into the store to get new chicken and it tasted the same. Not only did they serve gross chicken again, but it was served with so much attitude . The workers acted like they didn’t believe me and I tried to get them to taste what they were serving people, to which they declined. After looking through the recent reviews of this store, I see several people have had the same experience as me. I have always loved panda and I’m sad to say that this store has ruined it for me."

"This is the first time I have ever had anything bad to say about Panda, my wife got the orange chicken and it was so stale it was crunchy and it just tasted like vinegar and no sauce on it. When we went back in to get new orange chicken the lady working didn’t believe my wife and finally gave her a new order of orange chicken and she swore it was from a new batch and it tasted the exactly same, actually gross. And I am not a picky person, I will eat just about anything. My wife even offered to have the employee try it and she declined"

"Usually this panda is okay but this most recent visit made me pretty upset. The girl who helped me skimped me quite a bit, I paid for a bigger plate and got skimped compared to what they usually give. They were out of half the menu and they didn't tell us how long the orange chicken would take till it was ready, if I had none it'd be more than like a 5 minute wait I wouldn't have gotten it. When it was finally ready instead of serving the customers who'd been waiting a while they focused on the people still in line, meanwhile my food had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. The rice and chow mein clearly didn't have the sauce mixed in with it properly as half my noodles were dry and flavorless. They were out of sweet and sour, and didn't give us our fortune cookies. I think it'll be a while before I think about returning to this location."

"Pretty busy. I ordered online so i didn't have to wait in line. Order was perfect. Staff was friendly. Business was clean. Food was delicious. I recommend the family deal. You get a lot more for your money. Costs the same as 3 plates or even less if you find a coupon code or have points on your account."

"The service, speed and cleanliness was 5 stars. Only complaint is please add more protein. I got about 2-3 pieces of chicken and a vegetarian portion of vegetables and triple amount of onions."
