"Came in around 230 after the lunch rush. A lot of items were low or out. there were only a few other people in the restaurant at that time. i understand why they weren't in a hurry to put fresh food out as it would probably sit there until dinner. Otherwise the service was fantastic and the food for what was remaining was good. This is a little further away from the area I was staying but I would recommend it if you are in that part of town."

"Uncle Hot Pot was an amazing experience! We are from out of town, and I have been to other places before and Uncle Hot Pot was far above my expectations. The food was delicious and for the amount of seafood you get it is unbelievable. Win (our server) was literally the best. My fiancée had never been to a hot pot restaurant before and she was incredibly helpful in helping us order and give us recommendations. She made two sauces for us as well that was beyond delicious. Definitely the whole atmosphere was a blast! When we are back come back to SLC I would love other people to experience it!"
