"The floor was slimy and slick due to poor cleaning habits. After waiting 10 minutes for my food I asked for a refund. Steer clear, their food its worth the trouble."

"Went through the drive thru yesterday and it was less than delightful. Arctic Circle needs to take a page out of the place that sells chicken, because their customer service is sub par. We were hustled through the ordering process at the speaker, and weren’t able to tell the guy we had coupons. We got to the window and told the gal there we had coupons and you would’ve thought the money we were saving was going to be deducted from her paycheck the way she reacted. Disdain is the best way to describe it. I said thank you several times and she never responded…it’s clear she is unhappy and I felt like she wished she wasn’t there. I can appreciate not wanting to be there, but geez… Management…do better. There’s lots of places to get burgers and fries around here…you don’t have the luxury of allowing your employees to be that annoyed by patrons."

"Second time coming here. The fries are always great and the cheeseburgers are awesome. Even down to the fry sauce which I never heard of before until I came here. I'm originally from Georgia. Definitely hands down and great restaurant."

"Decided to let the kids go in to order. I sat in the car. The drive through was a little busy 3 cars past the ordering box. No big deal. I looked at what car was there when I decided to let the kids go in. At 15 minutes, I called my daughter and she said it was bust inside. I had seen the car and then many more go through the line. We ordered 2 shakes and fries. Fries came in 5 minutes. It took 4 rounds of cars in the drive through to get 2 shakes. I was fed up waiting and went in.... 25 minutes for 2 small shakes. Never again."
