"Food normal, corporate decision or franchise owner to push customer to use kiosk on grounds they will eventually do away with the cashier booth is ridiculous and bad business. I drive large vehicles that can't go through the drive through I would prefer ordering at the cashier booth as if I am in ordering through the drive through. Also, if the kiosk can't take payment, then I still need to visit the cashier booth. Three stars because I have to use the kiosk. Customer service is important to some, just saying."
"I go in store for take out and the environment is very clean and friendly. We order our food through the order screens they have inside. There is always a McDonald's employee there to assist us on our ordering. Never have items missing. Definitely recommend If you're craving a good meal."
"Order a kids meal with nuggets fries and I said no toy. They gave me a happy meal box with like 5 loose French fries and a toy NO NUGGETS the main part of the meal. Who would have thought putting two food items in a box was rocket science."
"I went to the drive through and when I got home I found an expiration date sticker inside my hamburger. I called the store to let them know and was going to ask for a refund since I wasn't going to eat the burger, but I was told that it was "okay because it must have gotten wrapped up on accident," and that was it. So, I'm assuming their cleanliness isn't the best. I mean, it's McDonalds, so I guess I should keep my standards low?"
