McDonald's 38 North 500 East, Santaquin, UT 84655

"Went there today and the food was the worst I’ve ever tasted it.. fries were so soggy and tasted as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. Chicken nuggets were even soggy as well. Also seemed like there grease might have not been changed or something too. Teach these kids how to properly cook before they make people sick. Foods getting so expensive so better make sure the quality of food is freshly cooked for everyone!"

"Entering the parking lot is horrible due to incorrect cement curbing length! The cement curbing turning into the parking lot was NOT installed / cement poured correctly in length and is too long preventing SUV’s or trucks from entering the drive-up window lanes without causing vehicle damage, or having to back-up amazing it unsafe for any other vehicles. The curbing along with a huge rock was not measured correctly. @mcdonalds Company needs the contractor to return and install correctly placed cement curb. I’ve literally watched 20+ vehicles drive into or over the cement curb and/or back-up nearly crashing into other vehicles just trying to enter this McDonald’s location. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Idk how this final inspection passed city/county code.This issue is definitely a “lawsuit” waiting to happen due to inadequate length of curbing damaging vehicles everyday. Also, there is NO McDonald’s light-up sign installed for passing vehicles to know there’s a McDonald’s located 100 yards from I-15 freeway exit.Thousands of vehicles every day are passing by on I-15 freeway having no idea there’s a McDonald’s located off the freeway exit because the location is NOT visible from the freeway. These two major issues need be fixed ASAP! The staff is polite and friendly, the food average for McDonald’s, but issues need to be fixed or people will definitely drive 4 miles north to Payson McDonald’s."

"I ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickle and add bacon, they gave me a burger with no bacon, no pickles (that was a plus but I wouldn’t be surprised if they put 4) and 2 TOMATOES?!? Like who tf does that? Would not recommend. Learn the difference between tomatoes and bacon and will consider coming back."

"First time at the new McDonald's in Santaquin. Well I ordered a big Mac bundle and a cheeseburger bundle. And now that I am home and we are pulling everything out to eat. Something is missing. No cheeseburgers."

"For the record. The ice cream machine was not broken. This is truly such a great place to go to. I ordered a 10 piece mcnugget and I got free fries on Friday. And I could already get so many other free things. If you don't have the McDonald's app I highly recommend getting it or you a just missing out. This place is also very cute. It may be a little gray and boring on the outside. But the inside still has lots of personality. This location also has a play place which is really nice to distract the littles for a bit. I asked for delivery on the app and i got it as soon as i arrived and i loved it. It was also very cheap."
