"It’s such a gamble going here. Sometimes it’s an average experience. Other times you pay extra for an enchilada style burrito and get this instead. Wish this was the first time. Edit: I went again. They got the sauce on the outside but I. Kid. You. Not. there is no sauce on the inside."

"I really like Cafe Rio, and I still eat here a lot because it's the closest to my apartment, but I don't think they've ever gotten a single one of my orders correct. They don't have a line you can stand in like most Cafe Rios to watch them make the food, and instead are completely online or through a kiosk. It seems like that results in the wrong sauce, missing guacamole, and a various amount of other mistakes. They are also not very kind when I try to ask for a fix, and make me feel really bad getting what I initially asked for after they have already given me something entirely different. Their tacos are also very overpriced. For $6, I got a small taco with 4 pieces of steak and barely any cheese. It was also missing the side of sour cream."

"This Cafe Rio was great, one of the better ones I have been to! Food 5/5 - Our food was good, I got two chicken enchiladas, my wife got two pork tacos. They were tasty, hot and my were extra saucy, just the way I like them! Service 5/5 - The service was great! This location has transferred to kiosk ordering, which I am sometimes wary of, but this time it was simple and efficient. There were also employees readily available for other service questions of requests. Atmosphere 5/5 - this restaurant was clean and organized, and the staff were helpful and friendly! I also felt like the music here wasn’t turned up so loud I couldn’t hear myself think, as it is so many other places. It made for a good lunch date vibe. Overall, will be going back to this Cafe Rio next time."

"Man! I LOVE cafe Rio, but this location ain’t it. Got 2 EXTREMELY soggy tacos WITH BUGS INSIDE OF THEM. Looks like they were made 12 hours ago. Check your food for bugs before you eat it. Worst cafe Rio in Utah by a long shot. Maybe you can fix the issues management? Really sad"

"I live super close so it was really convenient to go through the drive through on my way home from school. This whole summer I had no issues, but the last month something changed. Things were forgotten on my orders, portion sizes were irregular and small, I found a relatively big bone in a shredded chicken burrito that definitely could have broken a tooth, paid for shredded cheese on top but there is literally a pinch, and now there are bugs in the lettuce. All of the workers are super nice but unfortunately I don’t feel like I could go back to this location. I contacted customer service and they refunded my salad, but now I see other people have had the same issue recently so it looks like nothing has changed."
