"The wings were perfect. I ordered extra crispy and they made them just right (ranch and blue cheese dressings were amazing!). Also lettuce wrap burger option for keto lifestyle was perfect. The food quality was excellent."
"Always a great experience at JCWs. Enjoyed a Bacon Burger, Turkey Bacon Swiss Sandwich, and fries & onion rings. Everything was great, though the burger seemed a little dry. Needs more condiments. Excellent service and restaurant atmosphere. Definitely worth a return visit."
"Food is good, service is quick, and the place is clean. The only issue I would warn others about is the price of their shakes. For $8.99 you get a large oreo shake, for $6.99 it's a medium. I posted a pic of the two, can you tell me the difference?"
"I have given JCWs many tries, and I just can not seem to hit. After this last time I had to sum it up and review, it gets a 1.4/5, it was very bad and disappointing. I don't give many bad reviews, but this is one of them: First, for a bacon ranch burger combo and a shake, it's $20! For a fast food place. Then some wings on the side, I spent more than $30 total. The prices are WAY too high for this quality of food. The burger had no ranch, the bacon was just okay, and the beef is so dry and has weak char flavor. Chopped lettuce just isn't it on burgers, and it just got so messy and slides everywhere. Not well put together. The fries are flop (see picture). Virtually no crunch, it tastes old, and just not fresh. The chocolate Malt shake (which they actually forgot to give me and I had to pull back around and ask for) had virtually no malt flavor, a fake nestle-like chalky chocolate taste, and are just a silly big size which you pay for. The only redeeming quality are the wings honestly. Good fry and crunch, still moist, and good sauces, including ranch. (Which I wish was actually in the Ranch Burger...) The lines are always long when you go, and it's not because it's that good, they are just that slow. You'll spend a good 6-7 minutes in the drive through just for your own food. There were maybe 2 cars in front of me and I was there for a good 12 minutes. Very disappointed overall. I want to leave this review to help others go to other local char-broil burger joints (Astro, Crown, etc.) that are way better and almost $10 cheaper per person. Don't waste your money like I did."
"I had the fish sandwich and it was overdone. The cheese fries were good. They remind me of the fries from The Training Table. The fry sauce was good. I liked the lemonade. I thought it was expensive for the quality of the food, but my husband likes this place because it reminds him of The Training Table."
