"They won't refund me for food I never got. I placed an online order. Realized instantly I had placed it at the wrong location and called the location. They said they couldn't cancel the order but would issue a refund. They didn't. I called again and they told me to email customer service so I did. That was almost 2 months ago. No response, no refund. If they weren't willing to refund me they should have said so in the first place. I would've at least gone and picked up my food."

"I picked up a quick salad, soup, cheesecake and was given a chocolate covered strawberry! Everything was yummy, and it was a quick warm meal on a cold day that I took back to my hotel room. The employees were especially helpful and gave me a couple samples of the things I wanted to get and helped me refine my order."

"The menu options and food quality are usually excellent. The background music is too loud to hear or communicate with the employees in the ordering and serving line. I prefer the Zupas at Sugarhouse because the noise level there is more calm."
