"I had came in today and I was over charged for my order. The waitress never even made sure we were good and rushed but the place wasn’t even close to busy. She charged me $83 for food that should’ve been $62 when I repriced everything. I come here everytime but to think of it I think she over priced my food to give herself a tip. My order is usually always about $60-$70 even when I order appetizers. But today I didn’t and so when I thought of it leaving the place I knew she over priced my order. The Thai tea I had ordered tasted like cleaning products and so I told her take it off the order since I didn’t want it anymore. After that she only took off a couple bucks NOT EVEN THE AMOUNT OF HOW MUCH THE DRINK WAS. I was very confused and hurt. She is this Mexican waitress there. Never really seen her. She’s short , has curly hair and has a strong accent. Not sure if she’s new cause I never seen her working there but she played me like I was a new customer there."

"Service has gone down hill recently. On my last visit I thought it was just a rough day but I went there for lunch today and it was worse. There were 5 of us on 1 ticket and I got charged 18% for tip. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, seeing others getting their food that came in well after we ordered I asked for our meals to go since we needed to be somewhere. Then our food magically appears. I ordered the Pho Shrimp and there were literally 5 small shrimp in it. The fresh spring rolls had almost no meat. We didn’t get any sauces for the Pho. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. I have been coming here for years but I think I need to find a new Pho restaurant"

"I ordered black sugar milk tea here and asked for no ice, but it was not milk tea. It was a smoothie-like drink. I thought I ordered it wrong, so I asked the staff again. they said It was indeed black sugar milk tea. I asked to make it again. But the redone is the same as the first time (like a smoothie), so their method is different from the traditional one, don't order it, it's super bad. And it tastes like there is no milk or tea, the taste is bitter, it is a mixture of powder + ice. $7 for a cup of powder + ice, a strange smoothie, too expensive and not worth it at all. It is recommended to go to tiger sugar, where it costs $5 a cup and uses fresh milk, which tastes much better."
