"They don't have a working phone. Bought shorts here. Used one time,washed and threads are coming out all over. How can they help people if we cannot contact them to voice our opinion. My opinion is the product is very cheap,and sold for a very high price. Many employees in store but no phone to call and discuss with management!! Piss poor service after the sale is all I can say"

"Whoever help me from the staff department small (blonde girl) was very helpful as I was a bit overwhelmed with the process but she knew how to log into my wife’s account which was huge got the length and sizes nailed down exactly and all recommendations where spot on made my wife’s Christmas she was so EXCITED and now I’ll be back for Valentine’s Day!! Thanks for all help!!"

"The company overall is a great company with quality clothes.This store on 5854 N classen Blvd, will talk you ear off at the store and try to up-sale you anything and everything. That’s fine most stores are trained to do so but my problem is if I pay $250+ for pants that were supposed to take 3 days, now takes 3-4 weeks. I expect you to answer the store phone. No matter how busy you are you can answer and put them on hold. But they DO NOT answer. I will start shopping elsewhere."

"lululemon has false advertising. They said we can return online...however after purchase when the fit didn't work and tried to print label for return..it said I can't return online but have to do in person. What a false and deceiving brand this is? Prices are high and quality of service is THE WORST. when tried to add review for purchase they sent to something called GEC. Its called Guest Educating Center to apparently educate us. Lululemon should be ashamed of false advertising and making me drive all the way up to store. Looking to Waste time and Money...go to lululemon."

"I have bought lulu as gifts for my niece, and finally thought it was time to try it for myself. I just started a new job, and it has been very difficult so I thought I'd reward myself with some new joggers, bought online. Unfortunately, they were too big, so I drove up to the store. I live about an hour away and decided to shop for a bit. After about 45 minutes, I ended up deciding on 2 pairs of pants and 1 shirt. I drive home to find out the security tag is still on my pants. Once again, I return to the store (almost an hour away from my home), and get the tag removed. I decided to return the shirt though. Instead of returning my items, the young lady charged them to me again. Of course, I discover this when I get all of the way home. I call the store and they say I have to go back up with my card to get my money back. I have now been charged twice for a shirt I didn't buy when I was only really there in the first place to get the security tag finally removed. Let's talk my time and the price of gas: they compensated me with a $25 gift card. What can I buy with that? Certainly not much at a store where everything costs an arm and a leg. What an insult. I now have to give this store more of my money just to use the "gift" card they gave me to apologize for their multiple mistakes. I will never buy another item from this company again. Please check your accounts and confirm that the same employee hasn't done this to you."
