Wendy's

"Wendy's offers a consistent product and service everywhere. It is easy to stop and get good, predictable food. If you are looking for American burgers and tasty fries, Wendy's is your place. The dining room is usually clean and not bombarded with background music. Restrooms are usually clean. Service is kind, but not always timely."

"Taco Salad was missing the Wendy’s Chili. I thought that was the whole point of the Taco Salad- it’s salad, with chips & chili. It’s not as if the kitchen ran out of chili though, I still got my bowl of chili I ordered. The point of my order was that I wanted the Wendy’s Chili that is typically included in a Taco Salad, in addition to a bowl of it on the side, because the Chili is that good. Yet here I am, I ended up with less chili than I ordered. Why? Also, no straw with my soft drink in a drive-through order?"

"The drive thru was not busy. I ordered a Baconator at 7:00 pm, waited 10 minutes with the manager asking over and over for the Baconator. When I got home the Baconator was a chicken sandwich. I always have issues at this Wendy’s, I’m not surprised, but maybe it’s a sign to eat chicken. Chick-filet gets the orders right."

"The dining area is a mess as well as the restroom. The guy at the front was very rude and the manager sat next to him giving me a dirty look. The dining area is also very cold. Won't go to this location again. I can see why it's empty"

"Just in the last month or so, this location has seriously gone downhill. From employees that seem like they don't know what they're doing, to fry cooks who mysteriously disappear, to simply not getting the order correct, to drive-thru wait times in excess of 20 minutes. These are not isolated incidents, they happen every time I visit. To the manager(s) of this location - you really need to do better. As someone who used to frequent this location regularly due to living nearby, you're one Given-A-Single-When-I-Ordered-A-Double away from losing a customer. To Wendy's Corporate - maybe think of paying this location a surprise visit someday soon."
