"The legends are true... Never in my life have I had a biscuit so dry. The chicken was good, the customer service was good, and it was clean, but the while eating the biscuit, I felt as though I was going to dehydrate myself. Its like a dementor attempting to suck all the water out of my entire being. Luckily, I got a cup of water. It was very cold. 9/10 water, would recommend the water alone."

"For future reference if this is the closest kfc to you I would drive an extra mile I went in tonight and ordered a meal and two burgers they did not read my prder back to me so gave me the wrong stuff and the stuff they had right they have enough chicken so instead of just telling me and asking me to wait they just threw a few pieces in and covered it with the fries and thought maybe i would look before i left i would get homea and notice all my food was not there and i would be just okay with what I got then I tried to ask if they could give me chicken that was missing and the worker there was eating the food where the cooks take the food out of the container and going back to work very unsanitary very unpleasant never going to that location again"

"The curly haired brunette working the drive thru tonight sat bent over the counter with her bottom in our faces playing on her phone for at least 7 minutes. When she finally put the phone down she actually looked shocked we were still there.... you haven't given us our "fast food" yet ma'am. It was certainly ready when she finally put the phone away, and it was getting cold at this point. I'd suggest looking for phone jobs over fast food for you my dear."

"I went into this restaurant and ordered I waited for over a half hour and when everyone who had entered has their food the girl looks at the bag that was in the driver's pickup box then realized that it wasn't a delivery but my food that had just sitting there going cold for 20 minutes. Every time I come here there is always without fail something goes wrong . I question why do I keep going back? I don't know"

"I would pay if someone could get an order right. Oh wait.... I did. Not only did they forget half the sides, but the chicken was over cooked and literally dripping in grease so much it soaked through box. Normally this branch isn't so bad but none of the normal people are there anymore and the new crew apparently has no idea how to read or how to cook. I mean it's truly not this hard to read an order and put it in a bag."
