Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"This location is horrible. As is the case with almost everywhere and every industry who employs today's youth, it's staffed with children who have zero work ethic and zero concern for their own performance. You place an order online for pickup at 3:15 on a weekday, and they can't handle it. Somehow and unsurprisingly, it's not ready when you go to pick it up. I guess 75 minutes isn't enough time to compile two raw pizzas during the non busy time. No one expects someone to be passionate about working at Papa Murphy's, but I wish today's kids would have a bit of pride in how they handle themselves and how they do their jobs even if it's not their dream career. Then while you're standing there 15 minutes after your order placed online should've been ready and waiting for the employees, two other customers come in and place orders, and receive their orders before you do. Then the employees can't read. Two separate employees who have started on your order at last, both screw up the pizza they're individually working on and you as the customer have to do your own quality control and stop them before they continue ruining it. Companies should value online orders, especially during the non-busy times. It gives your employees more flexibility on when they make the pizza, it alleviates traffic in your lobby, and it makes it easier to predict and organize your incoming orders because of the flexibility I mentioned before. When you're given 75 minutes to make a pizza, you don't have the customer in your face. However, this location doesn't appreciate online orders. They're a nuisance to them and they just ignore them entirely until you come in."

"Ordered pizza at 11:34 am for a 2:00 pick up. Arrived at 2:30 and was told that there was no order by that name. Found the email with the confirmation number. Had to wait another 20 mins to get my pizza made. It really should not be this hard. Not happy."

"There were small parts of metal in my pizza. I almost broke my tooth on it. I got a pan pizza. I could not go back to the store because it was closed. I don’t know what I would say anyway without looking crazy. I want to bring awareness to the workers. Do equipment checks regularly. 1330 E Highway 193 Unit D-3 Layton Utah. 04/21/23"

"I’ve ordered from Papa Murphy’s a handful of times and I’ve never had any issues. I usually place an online order and it’s ready to go when I arrive. The one time I ordered in person, they were pleasant and everything was great. I highly suggest getting the pan style crust. I will never have my pizza any other way now! So delicious! P.S. They sent me a $16 voucher to use for my birthday. How crazy is that?! That’s the best gift any company has sent me!"

"This is a great option for busy nights... no hassle pizza that you bake at home at your convenience. They taste great and are super easy. I also really love the holiday pizzas like the valentine's day heart pizza we got last night and the jack-o-lantern pizza we get at Halloween. Another favorite specialty pizza that I love is the chicken artichoke. So good!"
