"How did they manage to make Indian cuisine bland?? A cuisine defined by its use of spices. I don’t understand. My Saag was a lot darker than normal and the Korma was watery. My husband’s “Bone-in Lamb Biryani” had no bone and was oily. This is probably the worst food I’ve had at a restaurant in several years. We didn’t finish our food and are going to a different restaurant."

"We had a great experience at Munchkart! When we got there, we were the only customers. The person behind the counter let us try every dish. It was fun to try such a wide variety of curries and it helped make our dinner choices. I had the butter chicken and the Saoji. They were both delicious. I also had the basmati and the garlic naan. The naan was amazing—some of the best I’ve had. I liked the roti, but I’d stick with the Naan next time. I loved the chicken samosas and the mango jar cake was light, fresh, and delicious. My friends and I sat and talked and ate for a couple of hours. We were there on a week night so it wasn’t packed. The service was great and we appreciated the relaxed atmosphere. I sincerely think this restaurant is a must try for the price and quality of food. The quick service is appealing and try taking advantage of the samples! I loved this restaurant!"

"Perfect for what it was, a quick serve Indian joint. Great flavors and quick service. The naan wasn't particularly a good value per cost, but the rest was great and I got plenty of rice with the meal. I didn't find anything too spicy with what I tried and there are several options."

"Everything we tried was pre-cooked. We didn’t enjoy the food here. Paav bhaji - bhaji was very oily/buttery. No spices, very bland taste. Vada paav - they didn’t put chutney on the buns. Tasted very bland. Paneer Makhani with Garlic butter naan - it tasted like a canned gravy. Didn’t look/ tasted fresh at all. Paneer was very rubbery. Naan was also frozen one. Overall bad. Potato puff - again no taste, very bland. Overall - nothing was freshly cooked. Taste was also very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend or visit again."
