Einstein Bros. Bagels

"The Customer Service here is awful, most of the employees are rude & have no care for the customers. There was a woman training there today & she was doing great, but a man who has worked there for quite some time ( I have seen him there overtime) kept jumping on her & was demeaning towards her in front of us & other customers. He then would walk around & yell at other employee's & would talk about the customers. The man who we paid with was very rude, he asked if we had a phone number which I then responded I do & began entering it. He then asked if we had a number again & I responded yes I am entering it & he said "well you have to give it to me not enter it" but with much sass. This is just my experience today, & this is the general experience every time I step foot into this location. Customer Service training needs to be provided."

"Went to get bagels for my office this morning and ended up leaving empty handed. Employee Matthew, basically yelled at me for ordering two bakers dozen and said they didn’t have time to accommodate my order. Almost seemed as if he was rudely begging me to not order from them. Girl ringing me up was kind and seemed very uncomfortable with staff member Matthew yelling at me. He insisted they didn’t have enough bagels even though there was MORE THEN enough in the case. Not only did I leave empty handed but I will probably never return my business to this store in particular. I was willing to wait but the way Matthew explained it, he would even consider packaging my order until all the customer behind me had been taken care of and then I would still have to wait another 15 minutes “if he had time”. Didn’t realize that this is how Einstein’s does business but I’m very disappointed! Seriously reconsider going here if you would like good service. Apparently yelling at customers is the appropriate thing to do"

"We love their bagels but unfortunately they don’t pay much attention… I did an online order for pick up that included a carton of coffee (for $20!) and couldn’t get there quickly because of the snow. When I did make it, the coffee had been sitting out since the order was placed and they just leave it I guess. So I now have luke warm $20 coffee. You’d think they would wait to fil the “fresh made coffee” boxes till when the order is actually being picked up, not just filled then set on a table to be forgotten."

"The food is tasty. However, It really sucks that there is not enough seating. Also, the cost of the tiny, child size chocolate milk is ridiculously high. And the espresso machine didn't work. The employee said the company wants to take out all the seating. I guess they just don't want to clean the tables and chairs. I like to sit and eat."

"Very disappointed!! When we arrived, the man who took our order was very short and rude. I let it slide, working in customer service myself, I get it… people have bad days. When we were waiting for our order, the employees stood around bantering about who was the busiest to help a customer. When we received our food, no bagels were toasted, all bacon wasn’t cooked, and there was a large avocado peel chunk in one of the sandwiches. Very dissatisfied. Talk about a great way to ring in the new year…."
