"No Service only Kiosks that take 5 x's longer and every time we come to this location, doesn't matter if it's winter or summer, ITS ALWAYS FREEZING! Also, on this particular day none of the tables have been wiped and there are only 2 people in dining. Took forever to get our food! We will be going to Costa Vida down the street from now on"
"Food is pretty good. I’ve noticed an inconsistency within ordering online. For example if I order shrimp coconut tacos sometimes I’ll get lettuce and cilantro toppings and sometimes it doesn’t come with those toppings. Either way there’s no option when ordering online or the app if you can “add” lettuce or cilantro because I AM SURE THOSE TOPPINGS ARE SUPPOSE TO COME WITH THE ENTREE ITSELF. There is only options to add extra toppings. Unless there’s something I don’t understand about the online ordering, this is an issue!"
"Surprised pathos place ACTUALLY has 3 stars… food ain’t ahit compared to costa vida, service is worse than prison & for the love of god why can’t we order inside with the team members instead the DUMB kiosk. Highly recommend you consider Mac Donald’s right next door and that place is terrible too. Choice is yours!"
"Second time in 2 months that they got my app order wrong. Got home the 1st time with a chicken burrito, when I ordered a pork burrito. Latest order was 2 coconut shrimp tacos, and only got 1, and the shrimp taco didn't have any lettuce. They said I didn't ask for lettuce. Lettuce ISN'T an option when you order. It's how they are made! I don't think that they train their people worth a darn."
"Had never been to a Cafe Rio where they forced you to order at a kiosk. If you have dietary restrictions, good luck. No one is readily available to ask questions. The fast food workers are barricaded behind a metal wall type thing and act annoyed if you disturb them. They were supposed to call my name when my order was ready. I did not hear them and they did not bother to try and call my name again so my food was lukewarm when I got it. (Having never been there before, I did not realize there was an electronic screen you were supposed to look at to see your order's progress.) If you want a highly impersonal dining experience in a white antiseptic atmosphere (the decor looks like a hospital dining room) then this is the place for you. On top of all that, the food gave my husband and I digestive issues for a full day afterwards. We have eaten at other Cafe Rio restaurants and had good experiences."
