"This has been my favorite Chinese place in Ogden for a long time now. I ordered the same thing, Mandarin Chicken and shrimp fried rice as usual. The old owner, Willy, was excellent, and Sherly took over years ago and is doing well. However, the food isn't the same but nonetheless it's still good."
