"We went down to Salt Lake and stopped in to grab some burrito bowls for our family and they tried charging us $20 to put what normally comes on the burrito into side containers since we had a 2 hour ride home. And then they skipped on beans and rice. Tried talking to the manager and she was difficult all just a bad experience"

"We have been a 2-3 times a month customer of this location since it opened. This is one of our go-to places because of dairy and celiac in our family. Up until the last year or so, it has been good. However, that has all changed. The last several orders have been extremely disappointing, and our last one is the last straw. First, it was an app and in store order combined. The app order was missing items( chips and tortillas), and the rest was shockingly poor on quality and size. I ordered a grain free lifestyle bowl with chicken and carnitas. 4 pieces of chicken were found, 4... Also, there is no lettuce( as pictured compared to online pic) when it's supposed to be a salad. The chips we did get are so small for $2 bucks you can see the bottom of the bag( as pictured with a line showing how full it is). Portions have gone down to 1/4 the normal size, but prices have gone up. On the in store order, my daughter can only have rice and beans because of health reasons. It's usually 4-5 bucks, but they have now insisted its $7.85 called a three-pointer( as pictured) 8 bucks for a side of rice and beans, seriously, and not a good portion either. This is only 1 example of many recent orders. Paying $51 for 4 people, 2 of which is only a few items and everything is half the size is ridiculous. We could have gone to Olive Garden for that. I would expect the company or owner to respond to this and make things right, but I have a feeling that will not happen, as they haven’t answered others. Wow, you have lost another long-term customer."

"We have gone to this chipotle nearly once a week for years. Recently they have been increasing prices and not allowing any modifications. Why do we walk through the assembly line I wonder? They made a big scene because my little one gets the kids quesadilla meal but won’t eat rice or beans. They wouldn’t let me just get another little quesadilla instead (which they charge for as two sides). They insisted on charging me for two additional sides even though we got no sides with the kids meal. It just feels like price gouging at this point. Go to Cafe Rio where they treat you better and will give you a nino for the kiddos."

"Today I went into Chipotle to have my usual chicken bowl order. When I asked for the lettuce, i noticed there wasn't any left except for a few scrap pieces that she managed to collect from the bottom. I asked her If I could have some more lettuce and she replied "sorry we dont have any more lettuce". I go ," you have no more lettuce?" and she was like, "yup". I hardly doubt that at 4pm on a Wednesday they are somehow out of lettuce. She seemed like she just couldn't be bothered to get another bag of lettuce out. I have had bad experience at this chipotle before, being served by the same lady. I think she is the manager of the store. A few years back she gave me attitude for me pointing out that the chicken i was served was still raw in the middle. Not getting a good vibe from this chipotle and doubt I will be going back"
