"Bought a small portable dog kennel for roughly $200 (CASH) a few weeks ago. unfortunately I didn’t grab the receipt from the cashier. Ended up not needing it and I never removed any original packaging or hardware it was perfectly brand new. I went in with certainty they would remember me and that I could simply return it. The employee there however was not going to allow me to return it. Not sure what happened to this store over the years but i’m shocked that I couldn’t return something as simple as that."

I'm always able to find what I need without having to shop around. The prices are also very competitive and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store!"

"We were coming through Heber on our way from Arizona to Montana and needed a new Atv trailer.I called for availability on a 5.5 X 10 trailer and Chip was more than willing to help checking for the trailer I needed.When we arrived Chris (Manager) went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed to continue our trip.They hooked it up checked the lights ,tires etc and was on the road in 30 minutes.We loved the personal and friendly service of his crew..
