"Our experience was 3/16/24. We ordered a meal at nine, knowing we’d get there close to closing time. We were very rudely told we only had fifteen minutes to eat, of which we were already aware. Five minutes to close, the worker announced anyone left in the building would be locked in. I understand people want to get home, but I can help but imagine a better way to go about it. Fast forward a bit, I was hit with food poisoning and spent all night vomiting up and in other ways passing your Hawaiian food. Terrible experience, can’t recommend anyone try the food or the service."

"Online orders consistently have mistakes or missing food. Has happened multiple times, only one of the last 5 orders have been correct. A simple process to check the items on the receipt, match what you put in the bag shouldn't be that difficult."

"After visiting Hawaii and falling in love with the food there, we returned home yearning for some more plate lunch. We searched recipes and recreated some of them. They just didn't have the same flavor as the originals. Then LoLo opened, and we tried everything on the menu, and it all tastes how we remember it. So now I can get my Hawaiian fix without having to get on a plane."

"Personal touch. Friendly staff that have no problem recommending items from their menu. They can steer you from sweet to spicy. Large portions enough that a couple could share a meal, or have some for later. Childs menu, and 1/2 meals available. Refreshing having a small business feel. Always greeted with a smile. Not a precooked fast food instant meal restaurant. Drive through takes some time but it is worth it for freshly served food. Decor and atmosphere inside is plain, but clean and open. I will always recommend this place to anyone, especially to anyone who is just tired of the same old fast food choices."

"First time eating and it was really tasty. I got the bbq mix and the chicken was the best. Flavor was great. The beef was good and the short ribs were alright. Lots of fat on em though. Definitely going back."
