"They're actually pretty techie in there, touch screen ordering in the lobby and pos in the kitchen. Came in and was greeted immediately by a nice girl. She was organizing orders and seemed like she might be a shift lead. My order was done within a couple of minutes of my arrival, thanks!"

"I asked for no onions on my sandwich and for onion rings, I got regular fries and grilled onions on my burger. They were not busy and had me waiting for 5-10 minutes on my food and they got it wrong. I did go back in to get my onion rings, but not my burger because I trusted my burger was okay but when I got home it was wrong. I tried to call the location and they kept sending me to voicemail. Pretty annoying."

"We ordered take out from here and honestly I always try to give this place a fair chance and it always disappoints. I dont understand how other customers are giving this place such a high rating. Every location I’ve been to has just been a let down. The buns are always stale and slightly rock solid. The meat is still a shad of pink which is concerning since I doubt they are using fresh ground meat. I always feel an upset stomach every time I eat here. You would think that a burger spot like this would be better than your typical McDonald’s and such, but unfortunately every location is a miss every time. I can even tell with cut onions that didn’t even peel off the first layer and it’s that unchewable layer."

"I went through the drive through and it was pretty quick! The employees were very nice. They forgot to give me half of my order though. Luckily I noticed and circled back. I went inside and was able to get it. I would have been very mad if I got home without it. Kind of annoying because it was all ready to go just sitting inside forgotten."
