"Obviously I'm rating it on the McDonald's Richter scale. Not fine dining but no fast food is, and when a Big Mac attack happens, nothing else can satisfy. "Tonight was the last chance. Messing up once in a while to the same customer is expected. Messing up twice in one week to the same customer, and other times not mentioned, is unacceptable. And really, about every other time we order from this location something is wrong with our food. Tonight is it. Running out of lettuce, sandwiches put together like Lucile and Ethel on the conveyor belt, fries made for crunchy texture. The only line the order taker knows is “is that all?”, not asking if we want it in a meal, what size or drinks. And after adding that information, how does she respond? “Is that all?” Speaking to the manager is like speaking to a post. Literally no response until asked if he’s even on the phone. Yep. Hung up on him because I can go to Taco Bell."
