"This is the third time we’ve experienced a mess up with this location. Ordered a sandwich and it was made incorrectly, asked to get a replacement for the inconvenience, they made me a new sandwich. I asked to keep the old sandwich as the attendant said they would throw it in the garbage and I said I’d like to keep the old sandwich so we aren’t wasting food and the attendant made a fuss about it explaining how the messed up sandwich would be good for training. Thought this was ridiculous considering the fact they are just going to throw it away anyway and because of there error I had to drive back to the location and spend more time and money than I originally would of due to there error and they couldn’t convenience me with keeping the old food that they where going to dispose of the second I drove awa? Maybe next time we can try and get the order right rather than having to waste peoples time and money with error and ridiculous requests"

"Ordered cheese with the sandwich (usually doesn't come with it) drove all the way home just to realize that there was definitely no cheese, and the tomatoes that were on there were some of the smallest tomoato slices I've seen. 3 stars because I still ate it and the guy was nice. Definitely not the Jimmy John's I remember. But hey what can I expect when I am too lazy to cook and end up paying someone else to make my food."
