Subway

"I ordered three sandwiches for pick up and when my husband arrived to pick them up, the staff informed him that they had no marinara for the meatball sandwich. That was fine and they refunded him for the sandwich. The issue was that when he got home and I opened the sandwiches, both of them were completely wrong. They were out of the type of chicken I ordered and instead of calling to let me know, they just threw a different kind on. Both sandwiches had the wrong meat, wrong cheese, were not toasted as ordered and one of them was missing the guacamole and the sauce that comes on the mexicali. They were completely different sandwiches than what i ordered and wanted. They issued a full refund, which I appreciated, but they should have just notified me rather than making the sandwiches completely incorrect."

"Not the best subway I've been to. The bread was stale, probably a day or two old. Cookies weren't that fresh either. Toppings were fresh but the bread was so stale it made it difficult to really get good flavor. Management needs to do better making sure they're staffed properly and things are made fresh."

"If I could give this location zeroooo I would. I arrived at 5:30 and ordered 4 foot longs and one 6 inch. After the TORTURE of watching this girl ""make my sandwiches" and having the 2 other employees dance circles around her making other sandwiches, 5 or 7 being done before mine. Paid 48.00 got home and the bread was HARD! THE SANDWICHES WERE DRY.... JUST ALL IN ALL WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!! and I love Subway. I'll definitely go to South ogdens instead. I'll make the extra miles to get good service."

"Workers were absent when we arrived. They kept giggling about my disabled daughter and making fun of us. The table was to tiny to get behind and dirty and they had no trays. I asked for the sandwich healthy with lot of vegetables and then she ruined it by dumping about a cup of dressing on it drowning it in fat. They kept hiding in the back and customers would arrive to no one to help them and they would come back out sarcastic and snarky. I will never eat at a Subway again. They may not all be this bad, but it was a very unpleasant meal."

"We ordered through the app because there was a promo of BOGO at this location and not the one by my house. It was our first time to this location in honestly maybe 8 years. But when we got our order, both sandwiches were missing items or incorrect. They were fast and ready to pickup when we got there but we didn’t realize they were wrong till we got home. They definitely could have called us or reached out on the app or something if they didn’t have certain breads or items. For sure won’t be ordering from this location again."
